Who’s On Our Email List

In 2019 Brandon began his journey of cold calling every homeowner throughout the Central Okanagan and placed over 60,000 calls in the process. This resulted in Brandon having the opportunity to introduce himself and his real estate services to thousands of people. While a few were annoyed the majority of people were very pleased to hear from an agent and some actually wanted to stay in touch. With their permission, they have said okay to receiving a locally curated Okanagan Market Report, including the latest stats, newest listings, events, spotlight businesses and curated current local information. The email is delivered directly to their inbox every Monday at 10:30 am no matter what. 

Why It Matters To You

This target list is made up of homeowners and potential homebuyers throughout the Central Okanagan including Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country and Peachland. In our local market, the vast majority of people buying homes actually came from within our own market. As of November 2019, 67% of all sales conducted in the Central Okanagan came from our own area. Allowing us to pre-market your home to over a thousand potential buyers before it hits the active MLS market is very cool!

By partnering with Constant Contact and leveraging their state of the art platform we are able to turn emails into sales. We do this by leveraging the data that is brought to us during and after every email campaign is launched.  This data will tell us things like our open rate, click-through rate (not only that they clicked on something but what it was they clicked on)
